It’s that time of year when clients bear the gift of produce. Some of it from garden crops, and other seasonal delights from farmer’s market selections. As a pilates instructor, it can easily be assumed that my diet consists of kale salads and cold-press juices. And while I do practice healthful eating habits – I’d much rather enjoy a ‘nutrient-rich’ cocktail. So when one receives a surprise watermelon and cantaloupe…the addition of a spirit and a couple fridge staples make for a very thoughtful gift.
